Lavera is a pioneer of certified natural cosmetics, standing for sustainability, transparency, and the highest quality standards. The challenge was to create an e-commerce platform that not only communicates these values but makes them tangible throughout the entire purchasing experience — from product discovery to checkout.

Implementation

Hob by Horse developed a powerful Shopware 6 commerce platform for Lavera that meets both the high demands for sustainability and technical excellence. The platform was designed from the ground up for optimal performance and conversion.

Special attention was paid to the transparent presentation of ingredients, certifications, and sustainability initiatives — topics of central importance to Lavera's target audience. Various interfaces to ERP and logistics systems were seamlessly integrated to ensure efficient operation.
